Adam is a seasoned Property Entrepreneur with over 13 years of industry experience in investing. He has a diverse background as a former Counter Terrorism Police Officer and an Enterprise Coach, successfully transforming multiple FTSE 100 companies and government agencies into more agile organisations. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Officium Group, Adam believes in the power of time, helping business owners reclaim it through managed outsourcing solutions.
With over a decade of experience as a consultant and more than five years as a managing Director, he has built Officium UK on agile principles to address outdated outsourcing practices. Adam’s innovative approach ensures clients receive tailored solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Outside of work, he enjoys fine dining and treasures time with his lovely wife and amazing daughter.

Madelyn graduated with a degree in Nursing in the Philippines and began her career in the UK, where she gained valuable experience in healthcare. It was during this time that she met Adam, and together they founded Officium, combining their expertise to create a successful business.
As the Relationship Officer of Officium, Madelyn plays a vital role in managing communication between operational staff in the Philippines and the UK consultancy. She effectively bridges cultural and professional gaps, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Madelyn’s compassionate nature and excellent communication skills make her an invaluable asset to the Officium team. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with Adam and their daughter, cherishing family moments and nurturing their bonds. Nathen Johns is a Property Investor, Business Consultant, Estate Planner, and Digital Strategist dedicated to helping business owners reclaim their time and simplify growth. He is one of the Co-founders and Managing Directors of Officium Group, where he offers a holistic approach to business and wealth development, focusing on scalable sales systems, administrative automation, and effective estate planning. Nathen collaborates with entrepreneurs seeking to scale strategically and investors looking to protect their wealth. His strategic mindset combines digital solutions with operational planning, empowering clients to achieve their ambitions.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Hertfordshire and a Legal Practice Postgraduate Diploma, where he excelled in business and property law. Nathen also earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Computer Science before founding his digital marketing agency. His educational background allows him to customise marketing strategies to meet client needs effectively. With a strong foundation in legal and business principles, Nathen is adept at navigating complex challenges. The scaling of your business and potential issues is monitored daily. Lastly, we schedule bi-weekly retrospectives where we address what went well, what can be improved and what we can commit to change over the preceding two weeks.

We have a dedicated team in the Philippines that track key performance indicators. Your personal offshore operation staff (OOS) is actively involved in managing your staff. We track if there is a decline in output or unexpected gains within minutes. Tasks are evenly assigned, so your business continues when a member is on well-deserved annual leave or if there is unforeseen sickness. Lastly, our HR manager also manages the employment status of all our employees, who are directly employed by our subsidiary in the Philippines.
We are a cost-effective way to hire experienced professionals in the Philippines. Our Offshore Operation Staff consist of college graduates that have been within the corporate world for several years, saving you years of training and hard mistakes to learn. We are a 100% corporation tax deductible expense, and as you are not hiring employees directly, you are exempt from National insurance Contributions. Lastly, you will not have to worry about contacting HMRC regarding any sudden issues because HMRC do not have any staff employed directly.
