STRUCTURE

We use our strategies and structure your business in a way to keep it on course to going beyond your milestones. Process mapping is the first step to offshoring your business operations and services. From that point onwards, we maintain what we have mapped and continue to develop as you scale. Working iteratively with you to improve over time. Customer centric value is at the heart of everything we do – if one of our components is unprofitable for you, we remove it from the equation. The scaling of your business and potential issues is monitored daily. Lastly, we schedule bi-weekly retrospectives where we address what went well, what can be improved and what we can commit to change over the preceding two weeks.

DIGITAL

Officium’s clients are connected to their offshore staff via Microsoft 365. Microsoft Teams gives you the tools to maintain constant communication with our staff. Not only that, Microsoft is one of the largest technology providers in the world, whose technology is trusted by the UK Government. With some of the highest levels of security, a world leader in digital workspaces, an expert in cutting-edge technology and built in business intelligence, it is one of the best platforms to build your business upon. (It also allows you to look professional in front of clients!)

Management

We have a dedicated team in the Philippines that track key performance indicators. Your personal offshore operation staff (OOS) is actively involved in managing your staff. We track if there is a decline in output or unexpected gains within minutes. Tasks are evenly assigned, so your business continues when a member is on well-deserved annual leave or if there is unforeseen sickness. Lastly, our HR manager also manages the employment status of all our employees, who are directly employed by our subsidiary in the Philippines.

FINANCIAL

We are a cost-effective way to hire experienced professionals in the Philippines. Our Offshore Operation Staff consist of college graduates that have been within the corporate world for several years, saving you years of training and hard mistakes to learn. We are a 100% corporation tax deductible expense, and as you are not hiring employees directly, you are exempt from National insurance Contributions. Lastly, you will not have to worry about contacting HMRC regarding any sudden issues because HMRC do not have any staff employed directly.
