Operations Manager – Serviced Accommodation

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Oversee and provide strategic direction to the entire business operations.

Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business goals.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of department heads and team leads and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the operations team.

Industry Expertise:

Leverage extensive experience in the short-term renting industry, specifically within serviced accommodation.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform operational strategies.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance overall business performance.

Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Communication:

Effectively communicate strategic direction and operational goals to team leads and department heads.

Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across different teams and departments.

Performance Monitoring:

Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track and evaluate operational success.

Analyze results and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management.

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to pass down strategic direction.

Ideally experienced in the short-term renting industry, including serviced accommodation and Airbnb.

Proven problem-solving skills with a results-oriented and performance-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
